Almost every real estate sales contract provides for an inspection clause. This is to ensure that the buyer has an opportunity to perform due diligence. Due diligence is finding out everything you can about your potential purchase. Knowledge is power.
The Pre Purchase Inspection that WE provides is an extensive and comprehensive examination of the subject property. WE will examine your new home from the curb to the tip of the roof and everything in between. You will be provided with a bound report including pictures and a back up CD.
WE now offer our Pre Purchase inspection at three levels: Deluxe, Standard, and Economy.
Deluxe Pre-Purchase Inspection:
This is the most comprehensive inspection service package the WE offers. It includes the highest detailed home inspection, air and water quality assesments, mold screening, and a bonus 4 point report.

Standard Pre-Purchase Inspection
This is the basic pre-purchase inspection. We will examine and catalogue all of the major systems in the house. The lengthy description of some of the components checked can found here. All of these inspections are presented to the client in a bound report that is usually 20-25 pages. You will also receive a CD with the .pdf file and all of the pictures taken at the time of the inspection.

Economy Pre-Purchase Inspection
For those on a tight budget, but understand the importance of an independent evaluation, WE offer our Economy Pre-Purchase Inspection. This inspection is between the WE 4 Point Inspection and a Standard Pre-Purchase Inspection. It will cover the major components such as roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and look at some secondary systems as well. This report is a printed bound report with pictures. The .pdf files may be requested by email.
