Who Should Inspect?:

Inspections in general are proactive prevention. They are designed to identify possible problems before they become issues. As a property owner, you should be constantly examining the different components of your home. Observation can go along way to avoiding costly maintenance. That being said, there may be issues that are not observable to the untrained person without the proper tools. Your opinion, or your friend's opinion are great starting points, but do little for dealing with the beuracracy of insurance or identifying a potential health concern. Having the right inspector for the job is crucial to obtaining all of the necessary information, and sometimes just as important - the presentation of that information. For example, a regular home inspection would not be appropriate for a building that had moisture issues and observable mold. Fitting the proper inspection with the needs of the person requesting the information is the key to WE's outstanding service. Another example would be a Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection. None WE's inspectors are qualified or licensed to perform this inspection. WE will be happy to schedule a concurrent inspection with one of our business affiliates.
