MacDowell Insurance provides WE with its general liability insurance and has been an established Central Florida company since the 70's.
Mark Blanchard Agency is a small firm that produces big results. This agency is one of the reasons why WE offers 4 point inspections.
Cooper, Simms, Nelson, & Mosley has been serving Central Florida since 1934. This muli-genrerational firm is simply the definition of professional. WE have enjoyed an outstanding relationship for about a year with this company and hope it continues for many more.
Mortgage Banker:
Ryan Aceto (407-774-5800 ext 230) is by far the most personal service orientated money man that WE have ever worked with. WE know of dozens of "lost causes" that Ryan has rescued. As an indendependent he has many more sources of opportunity than most traditional lenders.
Pest Control:
First Choice Termite and Pest Control is WE's primary contact for WDO's (Wood Destroying Organisms) tests. For most properties in the Central Florida area they offer a flat rate of $85 per inspection. (crawl spaces add $25)
